I have a Tribunal Award against a defendant
You have been to Tribunal and successfully obtained a Tribunal Award.
The debtor has ignored the order and has not paid.
How do I get my money?
Transfer the Tribunal Award to the High Court for collection.
High Court Enforcement is an effective option for collecting the money you are owed.
High Court Enforcement Officers have greater powers than County Court Bailiffs to collect the monies owed by the defendant.
What does it cost?
When enforcement is successful the cost to you (the claimant) is free as the costs are collected from the debtor.
The up-front cost to instruct us is £71. This is the court transfer fee. This fee is refunded to you on successful collection from the debtor.
How do I instruct you?
