Who we are

Frank G Whitworth is part of Quality Bailiffs. We use the same administration services and you may receive emails and telephone calls from Quality Bailiffs administration.

Supporting documents required

Please provide supporting documents as part of the Trespasser Eviction request.

• Map / diagram / photo of the site - optional.
• For a transfer of a Possession Order to a Writ of Possession please provide a copy of the Possession Order.
• For a Local Authority Section 78 Order please provide a copy of the Order.

Two ways to copy the documents:

• Scan the documents saving as a pdf, or
• Take a photo of the documents and save as an image.

The documents can be sent to us in two ways:

• Upload when you complete the form.
• After completing the form send an email to sales@qualitybailiffs.co.uk with the documents attached.

Submitting the form

When the form has been successfully received you will be automatically re-directed to an acknowledgment page where the document upload information is shown again.
